Birgit is a serial Social Entrepreneur and certified Success Coach with a Masters’ degree in Social Science and Business Administration. During her professional career, she led big-scale projects for global corporations. Until 2015 she was the Head of Marketing and Communications for Ernst & Young. She is co-founder and board member of the NPO Swiss Initiative - culture projects. Which is at the heart of the Karmakol Festival in Sudan. In 2015 she left EY to found her coaching business “Relationship for Success”. As a location independent onlinepreneuer, she is a proven expert in coaching her clients in the art of positive intelligence and relationship skills. Being a digitisation enthusiast, she joined Digitalswitzerland in February 2018 as Head of Public Dialogue and National Digital Day. It was in that same year, she was given the Top 100 “Women in Business” award. In 2022, she co-founded the association “Wir sind Klima” to initiate the Swiss Climate Day.
