Vlad Gheorghiu

Vlad grew up in a household where psychotherapists would gather around the dinner table to discuss the latest trends in cognitive and behavioural research. For him, mental health was never a taboo topic.  Vlad changed his career track after burning out and focused his efforts on building and scaling mental health initiatives that make a real difference in people’s lives. Before co-founding his own company, Vlad worked for eight years at McKinsey, where he focused on strategy and organisational work for healthcare clients and on building digital businesses for retail clients. His talk will be focused on “How to Stop Living for Tomorrow” and the importance of well-being at work.

A snippet from the talk...

Living, truly living, is enjoying the passage of time.
